Pre-season[]
At the start of the 2013-14 season, Brunant Leuwens and Chester FC were relegated from the First League to the Second League, and FC Willemstad and Grijzestad University S.C. were promoted from the Second League to the First League; there were no promotions/relegations between the Second League and the Parish League System.
