Adrian Lecaros-Lerner (born 9 March 1992), often known as just Lecaros-Lerner is a Brunanter footballer who plays for Atletico Alcacer and the Brunant national football team. Lecaros-Lerner is one of the Brunant's most promising young players and one of its best defenders.

Early life and careerEdit

Adrian was born to Jose Lecaros and Marga Lerner in Roodstad. In school, he excelled at football and basketball, helped by his strength and height. He has a younger brother who is also a footballer, Martin Lecaros-Lerner. Lecaros-Lerner garnered interest from Roodstad Basketbal and KK Split early on, but he decided to focus on football.

In 2008, he joined Roodstad Athletic B after completing trials. In 2010 he participated in his first senior match, versus Boguestown FC. He became a regular starting player in 2011 and a key figure in the team's good defense. Lecaros-Lerner has garnered interest from St. Marks Koningstad, the Grijzestad Strijders and Italian club Udinese in recent months, but Roodstad has affirmed his participation at the club for many years to come. In the 2012-13 season Roodstad did not perform well but Lecaros-Lerner was praised for good form.

Due to his performances he has been the target of various clubs in Brunant and abroad, and was likely move to Kemburg in the winter of 2013-14. He ultimately moved to Atletico Alcacer in Traspes for 5.9 million euros, despite interest from North Beach Kemburg.

Atletico AlcacerEdit

At Atletico, Lecaros-Lerner continued his good form, scoring three goals and helping to keep goals conceded to just 23 as Atletico won the 2013-14 league.

National teamEdit

Lecaros-Lerner got the eye of Brunanter coach Louis Henderson in 2010, and he was soon selected to join the U-20 team. He has been called up to the Brunant national football team for 2014 and was selected by Willem Bergher to the final 18 to go to WFC 2014, having taken the spot of Terry Jamieson in qualifying. Lecaros-Lerner started in Brunant's six matches as the Red Dragons finished third.
