Felix Tulse

Felix Tulse (born 19 August 1940) is a Brunanter modern painter and artist. He has painted for over 50 years and is one of the most renown contemporary artists in the modern Roundism.

Biography[]

Tulse was born in 1940 to John Tulse and Sara Mansour, of Arab-Brunanter origin.

Tulse studied art in France and began painting portraits in the mid-1960s. HE was initially involved with engravings and etchings, working mostly in the greyscale, especially in the 1960s and 1970s. Tulse's first painting was done in 1972 and since then, he has done a lot more paintings.

Tulse's art is in the Roundist style, a distinctly Brunanter form of art seen as a modern cubism. Along with David Boustani, he became one of the prime exponents of this style in the 1980s.
