Philip Rose (28 August, 1985 in Drogheda) is an Irish footballer playing for Charlestown FC as a striker. Rose has been a successful player in the Brunanter First League.
Biography[]
Rose started off playing for Drogheda United F.C. in his youth before transferring to Heart of Midlothian (in Scotland) for the 2005-06 season. After one season he joined West Bromwich Albion in England, playing until the 2008-09 season.
Joining FC Kings in January 2009, he has become an instrumental player for the team. He helped his team finished 3rd in the 2010-11 season and to the championship in 2011-12.
He scored his personal best of 17 goals in the 2012-13 First League, but didn't perform as well in subsequent seasons and was eventually sold in the summer of 2017 to Charlestown FC.
