Victor Luis Fernandes Oliveira (1 September 1981 in Londrina), known as Veve is a Brazilian former footballer who last played for FC Liedho in the Southern Arc Islands, as a midfielder. From 2005 to 2007, Veve played for Grijzestad University S.C. in Brunant.
Veve began his footballing career at local club Londrina EC in 2000. He developed well, and in 2002 he was bought by América de Mineiro. In 2005, Grijzestad University S.C. chairman/president Dominic Santos, from a Brazilian family, brought in numerous Brazilian staff and players, amongst them Veve.
At Grijzestad University S.C., Veve was an important player, and performed very well. He was a proficient goalscorer, scoring 13 goals in the 2005-06 Second League and 17 goals in the 2006-07 Second League (he was the Second League top goalscorer that season); and was noted for his versatility and ability at free kicks. Despite his performances, however, GUSC only managed to achieve third place in both seasons Veve was there.
In the summer of 2007, Veve was sold to Udinese Calcio in Italy for an impressive €5,000,000, a hair under the wikination transfer record at the time (and far larger than previous transfers of Second League clubs). He played at Udinese until 2010, when he was sold to Joinville EC. In 2013, he transferred to Tupi FC, and in the summer of 2015 he was bought by Southern Arc Islands club FC Liedho. He remained there until late 2018, when he retired from playing football aged 37. He subsequently became a youth scout for FC Liedho, and has expressed interest in managing.
